It truly is awesome and worth the cost. We are raised in a world of technology but as we age it is harder for aged individuals to learn and remember these new technologies. This gives you the ability to help thru appointment settings, directions, reminders and most of all familiarity of photos and messages from family members staying connected most impressive is it gives them the ability to still make choices and feel independent with support.

The memory board is a great product and worth every penny! My mom struggles with (both sending and receiving). The board makes it possible for me to post a reminder about what time I will pick her up, or if I need her to call me, or just to say hi. For my dad, who has Alzheimer’s, I have been able to post family pictures with comments stating what that person’s relationship is. Multiple family members can post to it, and a new feature they have recently added is you can request a read receipt, so I know when my mom has seen a message. It’s just a phenomenal product clearly created by somebody who really understands struggle we face with elderly family members.

Both my parents have memory issues and this device has been great. We can send them reminders, photos (helps them to remember who is who), and also share communication opportunities with other family and friends. Even my college-age kids use it to send their grandparents a quick message. I love that you can change how long you want the message to display, which helps when an event might be weeks away but my parents keep asking about it. I am a speech-language pathologist and this is a tool I have shared with many colleagues.

Our mom is living in a senior independent living with the aide of the memory board. At first she moved it away, but now she uses it for remind her to eat, walk her dog, and other daily tasks

Whilst trying to figure out the best way to support our mum who's memory is almost non-existent, I said to my brother, what we need is a screen which we can put messages on remotely. And guess what, it was already out there! It was a real no-brainer to try one. Mum likes to see pictures of her great-grandchildren, but as she can't use a smart phone she's had to rely on me being there to show her pictures. So this is fabulous. It would be nice to also upload videos - but not sure how that would work without user input at her end. And she's definitely not up to that!
I also experienced really excellent customer service. On the first board we bought, the display went after about a week. After a quick troubleshooting step, I was told that we would get a new board. I also asked if it was possible for the board to arrive more quickly than the original as mum was already used to getting messages and was missing them. Sure enough, it was dispatched as a priority and arrived much more quickly.
All in all, a brilliant idea, well executed and with excellent customer service. Thank you!
