I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with the Memory Board because it has been absolutely incredible!
I purchased a Memory Board and received it about four days ago. I had it set up and running within minutes — it was that easy! I honestly didn’t know just how much it would mean to my Mom and how much it would help me.
My Mom is in assisted living and calls me every day to tell me how much she loves it. She says it brings a “spark” to her life, especially when I send her photos. Being able to send her pictures and know she’s seeing them throughout the day is something I really love.
The daily reminders have been a game changer. My Mom will sometimes forget something I’ve told her over the phone just minutes earlier, and as much as I like to think I’m patient, answering the same questions over and over and over can test anyone’s patience! Now, the Memory Board does some of that reminding for me.
I have it set up next to her TV, where she can easily see it. I can program several reminders, and each reminder stays on the screen for two minutes before moving to the next one. That means she gets the reminders visually, multiple times throughout the day, rather than relying on me to repeat them over and over.
And the flexibility is amazing. I can set reminders for a few hours, an entire day, specific days of the week, or make them recurring at certain days and times. It gives me peace of mind knowing that important reminders are right there where she can see them.
But more than anything, I love that it gives my Mom something to look forward to. The photos, messages and reminders have added a little extra connection and brightness to her day.
I truly can’t say enough positive things about the Memory Board. After only four days, I can honestly say it has been worth every single dollar I spent on it. If you have a loved one who could benefit from visual reminders, daily encouragement, or simply seeing photos and messages from family throughout the day, I highly recommend giving this a try.
It has made a difference in my Mom’s life — and in mine, too. ❤️
