Returns and Refunds Policy

At Memoryboard, we endeavor to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received the item. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible to be returned, including:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within fifteen (15) business days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com with details and we will assist you with the exchange process.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
5. Shipping Returns
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
