Returns and Refunds Policy

Every device purchased directly from memoryboard.com is backed by our 120-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee.

1. 120-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

If you purchased your Memoryboard device directly from www.memoryboard.com, you may return it for a full refund within 120 days of delivery.

No restocking fees. No return shipping costs. No pressure.

Before You Return

If something isn’t working as expected, please contact us first at hello@memoryboard.com. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we’re always happy to help.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The device must have been purchased directly from memoryboard.com
  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
  • The device must be returned in working condition
  • All original accessories (stand, cord, etc.) must be included

Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

Devices that are intentionally damaged, modified, or missing major components may not qualify for a full refund.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return within the 120-day period:

  1. Email hello@memoryboard.com with your order number
  2. Briefly share the reason for the return
  3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions

Once your device is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days after we receive the returned device, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Purchases from Retailers or Third Parties

If you purchased your Memoryboard device from a third party, returns must be handled directly through that seller according to their return policy.

Memoryboard cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers.

However, your device may still be covered under our Limited Warranty (see Warranty Policy).

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@memoryboard.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return under our 120-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to assist you with an exchange.

If you would like a different device, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com. We recommend purchasing the replacement and then returning your original purchase for a refund, so your loved one is not without their Memoryboard.

If your device has a defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy for assistance.

7. Warranty

All Memoryboard devices include a 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.
