Orders are processed within ten (10) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Modifications

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S.

Lost or Missing Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or is missing, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and endeavor to provide you with a resolution.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
