Shipping Policy

At Memoryboard, we know many of our customers are using Memoryboard to help stay connected with loved ones. We take great care to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from www.memoryboard.com and any related applications (collectively, the “Site”).

1. Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will generally be processed the following business day.

During peak periods (including holidays or promotional events), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping options, including:

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–4 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other major carriers at our discretion.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no additional charge.

3. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional transit time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Availability may change at any time.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International shipments may experience extended transit times due to customs processing.
  • Memoryboard is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Power Adapter Notice

Memoryboard devices ship with a U.S. standard power plug (Type A/B, 120V). International customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary plug adapters or voltage converters required for use in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Memoryboard is not liable for carrier-related delays once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@memoryboard.com, and we will assist in investigating the issue.

6. Delivered, Lost, or Missing Packages

Marked as Delivered

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.
  • Notify us within five (5) business days of the delivery status.

We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery at hello@memoryboard.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Memoryboard is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery refusal
  • Failure to collect
  • Inability to access the delivery location

The customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and reshipment fees.

8. Shipping Charges & Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or an error on our part.

9. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
