Warranty Policy

Last Updated: February 14, 2026

At Memoryboard, we design products to support families at home. Every Memoryboard device purchased directly from Memoryboard or an authorized reseller is backed by our 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.

This Warranty Policy applies to physical Memoryboard devices only.

1. 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Memoryboard warrants that your device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable consumer use in a residential environment for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Memoryboard will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device,
  • Replace the device with the same model,
  • Replace the device with a new or certified refurbished device, or
  • If the original model is discontinued, replace it with a comparable or upgraded model.

Any repaired or replacement device will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

2. What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers hardware defects resulting from manufacturing issues, including:

  • Failure of internal components under normal residential use
  • Display or screen malfunction not caused by impact
  • Power or charging system failure not caused by misuse
  • Hardware failure that prevents normal device operation

Coverage applies only to issues that would be resolved by repair or replacement of the device itself.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impact, cracked screens, or physical breakage
  • Liquid damage or exposure to excessive moisture
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Use outside of a normal residential consumer environment
  • Commercial, institutional, or industrial use
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, discoloration)
  • Power surges or improper electrical supply
  • External events including fire, flood, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • Devices with altered or removed serial numbers
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources

Software bugs, connectivity issues caused by home network configuration, or issues unrelated to the physical hardware are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

4. Geographic Scope

Warranty coverage applies to devices originally sold and shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to limit warranty service to the country in which the device was originally purchased.
