At Memoryboard, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty to ensure reasonable expectations are satisfied. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the warranty coverage of products purchased from our website, www.memoryboard.com, or through related applications (apps) (the "Site").

1. Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty

Memoryboard products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. • Malfunctions or failures due to manufacturing defects.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.
  • Products not purchased directly from Memoryboard or an authorized reseller.

2. Warranty Claim Process

Evaluation

Upon receiving your warranty claim, our customer support team will evaluate the issue and may request additional information or ask you to return the product for further inspection. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, if necessary.

Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair the defective product or provide a replacement. If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we may offer a comparable product or a prorated or partial refund of the purchase price.
