10.1 inch Memoryboard

I LOVE this board. It just makes everything so much easier for my mom with advancing Alzheimers. I can remind her I am coming over, then reminder to get ready, then let her know I'm on my way. Before, I would call and share all three things, only to arrive and she wasn't ready. The Memoryboard has been a game changer for us. We've discussed getting a second board in the future, as she continues to decline.

My mom lived with us for many years until her memory started to fade too much for us to be able to give her adequate care. Every morning before she woke up, I would write on a whiteboard what to expect for the day so that she could remember what was going on. When I needed to move her into Assisted Living, I was really worried about her memory and how to contact her if she couldn’t hear her phone and not having her whiteboard, she was going to be really sad. It was recommended that I check out Memory Board and I’m so glad I did. I ordered it immediately and put it in her new apartment on day one. I made sure that I reached out to all family and friends and gave them an opportunity to send her messages and pictures as well. She looks forward to it every day and always comments every time we visit how much she loves her Memory Board. We can remind her when we’re coming to visit. Remind her of activities that she would enjoy where she lives. It’s sitting right where she can see it from her favorite chair. It’s a lifesaver to all of us and we love it. The Memory Board has been a game changer for my 86 year old dad with dementia. My dad has no phone and literally looks forward to his daily messages… it could be a reminder that I’m visiting, or a prompt to shower, a picture of a great memory, or a reminder that he’s retired and no need to go to work. He told me today that he looks forward to his daily messages!!! It’s a true game changer!

This popped up in a Facebook ad. I love targeted ads because they actually suggest products I need. Bought this for my mother-in-law in assisted living. I update it every morning with a few highlights from the assisted living activity calendar and also if someone is coming to visit and what time (try to only post a couple things at a time and change later in the day so it's not overwhelming). When the grandkids are doing something I think she'd be interested in, I send a picture with a note. She looks forward to it and checks the board regularly. It's like texting but for people that can barely use a phone (the recipient). Zero regrets!

When my Memory board would not put up a message I read on the app that it was offline. I tried a few things to fix it with no luck. I then called customer service rep Ron, who troubleshooted some efforts with me. They did not work and he asked me to unplug it for awhile. When he connected back with me an hour later, he had the answers we needed. Thank you Ron!
