10.1 inch Memoryboard

I LOVE this board. It just makes everything so much easier for my mom with advancing Alzheimers. I can remind her I am coming over, then reminder to get ready, then let her know I'm on my way. Before, I would call and share all three things, only to arrive and she wasn't ready. The Memoryboard has been a game changer for us. We've discussed getting a second board in the future, as she continues to decline.

My mom lived with us for many years until her memory started to fade too much for us to be able to give her adequate care. Every morning before she woke up, I would write on a whiteboard what to expect for the day so that she could remember what was going on. When I needed to move her into Assisted Living, I was really worried about her memory and how to contact her if she couldn’t hear her phone and not having her whiteboard, she was going to be really sad. It was recommended that I check out Memory Board and I’m so glad I did. I ordered it immediately and put it in her new apartment on day one. I made sure that I reached out to all family and friends and gave them an opportunity to send her messages and pictures as well. She looks forward to it every day and always comments every time we visit how much she loves her Memory Board. We can remind her when we’re coming to visit. Remind her of activities that she would enjoy where she lives. It’s sitting right where she can see it from her favorite chair. It’s a lifesaver to all of us and we love it. Thank you so much for developing this for us.

When I had an issue with the board, I called CS and no one answered. Not a big deal, it was fairly early and I remembered they were on West Coast. A few hours later they called and said they saw a missed call from that number and how could they help! We had an issue with the board and they replaced it no questions asked!!

I wasn't sure this would be beneficial or not. My mom is in advanced Phase of Dementia. She still knows who I am but can't remember activity times in her AL place. Now I just schedule the activity times and locations sometimes with photos. This device has connected her to grandkids who just want to send a quick photo and a love message and helped me have a way to send messages when her phone dies...I send a photo showing where to plug her phone in and remind her to do itl. Fun to see what everyone sends her and it all starts fresh the next day. I am Very happy as she seems to have adapted well and has not asked where the pictures went from the day before. When I call, she reads all the messages displayed giving her confidence to have a conversation.

My mother is almost completely deaf and in her 90s. We got her a Memoryboard and she absolutely loves it! We can send her followup messages after a phone call. Since she doesn't always hear what we say or hear it correctly, we send her a message on her board like "I will pick you up Tuesday at 2:00." It has made things so much easier for all of us. She also loves getting to see recent family pictures on a daily basis.
Only complaint is that it doesn't automatically reconnect to wifi. She tends to lose power where she is fairly often and she can never figure out how to reconnect it on her own.
